askpk1 may at any time request that you complete a KYC identity verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

Upon closure of your account, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of amounts owed to askpk1 will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon account closure for cause.
You may close your askpk1 account at any time by contacting our support team. We ask that you withdraw your Real Money Balance prior to requesting closure. Accounts may not be re-opened once closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons.
